Our volunteer program supports Catholic Charities' mission to serve anyone in our community with high-quality, compassionate services. Last year, volunteers gave more than $454,000 in added value to the mission of Catholic Charities. They are truly the lifeblood of the organization!
Volunteer opportunities at Catholic Charities change throughout the year. Here are a few examples of the kind of work we need volunteers for:
Receptionist: Welcome guests and answer phone calls during peak hours. Training provided.
Office Help: Help staff to organize supplies, create client folders, complete data entry and more.
Donation Center: Assist our staff by stocking shelves, filling orders and sorting donations.
Individual & Group Projects: Let Catholic Charities help you or your group find the right fit at our agency.
Attend a CC101 - This is the best way to see the mission in action and get acquainted with our areas of service so you know what kind of volunteer work you might be interested in. View our Events Calendar for dates and locations!
Attain EIM Certification - Catholic Charities requires that all volunteers complete Ethic and Integrity in Ministry training through the Diocese of Austin. Sign up
Complete application - Fill out and return the Catholic Charities volunteer application. All parts of the application must be complete in order to begin volunteering. Download application
