Our Disaster Response program provides services to fill gaps in need to ensure all Central Texans are supported across our entire 25-county region.
- On-the-ground support after a natural disaster
- Basic immediate needs
- Short-term housing or rental assistance
- Long-term case management (including financial education & literacy)

- Coordination with local resources, governments, and long-term recovery teams to fill gaps in need

We are happy to offer disaster preparedness presentations to local parishes, companies, organizations, and other groups. To schedule your disaster preparedness training with one of our experts today, email brooke-swate@ccctx.org.

If you have been impacted by a natural disaster, apply for help online or call our Disaster Hotline at 512-651-6160.
Call volume is high so if we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message with your name, contact information, and assistance needed. We will call you back! As a reminder, Catholic Charities is here to serve everyone in our community. You do not need to be Catholic to access our services.

Learn
The time to prepare for a natural disaster is before it strikes. Attend or schedule one of our disaster preparedness workshops for your friends, family, parishioners, colleagues, or anyone else you care about.
Give
Your financial donation allows us to provide vital material and financial assistance to victims whose lives have been upturned by a natural disaster.
Serve
- Sign up to be added to our on-call volunteer list by emailing our Volunteer Coordinator.
- Host a donation drive to build disaster kits for victims.
